Avocado, Mango and Dill Salad

  1. 3 oz Spinach leaves
  2. 1 TBS Olive Oil
  3. Pinch of Sumac
  4. Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  5. 1 Ripe Avocado diced
  6. 1-2 Ripe Mangoes, diced
  7. 1/4 oz Fresh Dill, chopped
  8. 2 cloves of Garlic
  9. 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
  10. Sprouts (Bean/Alfalfa/Mixed)
  1. Place Chopped Avocado, Mango, Dill, Olive Oil, Sumac and Garlic in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Pour the mixture over a bed of fresh spinach.
  3. Garnish with Red Bell Pepper and Mixed Sprouts.
  4. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime/lemon (your preference) over the salad.
  5. Serve immediately.
